Romy has transmigrated to Plus Hong Kong City, a place where countless Hong Kong movies have merged. Bored with life, he tried wingsuit flying for a thrill and accidentally crossed over. Unlike other transmigrators with grand ambitions, or a System to help them along, Romy has no desire to conquer the world and become Hong Kong's overlord.
