Five people with different identities, including librarian Lin Xia, veteran Chen Feng, and investigative reporter Su Qing, were taken into a mysterious theme park called "Rule Paradise" without warning. It looks glamorous here, but it's actually a deadly prison.
Every area of the park - from the eerie "Once Upon a Time" to the twisted "House of Horrors" - is full of strange rules that must be strictly followed. There is only one consequence for violating the rules: disappear mysteriously or be completely "assimilated" by the paradise.
In order to survive, five people who had never met before were forced to form a temporary team. On the one hand, they must carefully interpret and abide by the new rules that are constantly emerging, and fight against the terrifying existence derived from the rules; on the other hand, they must find clues in suspicion and cooperation to uncover the purpose of building the "Rules Paradise" and how to escape.
As the exploration deepens, they discover that the rules of the paradise are not static, and there seems to be an inhuman consciousness controlling everything behind them. And the only way to escape may require them to make unimaginable sacrifices. This is a game against the rules, and it is also an ultimate test about human nature, trust and survival.
