There are shortcomings in the world, and good and evil will be rewarded. It is not that there will be no retribution. The time has not come, and there will be no retribution in this life and the next life. There is impermanence. Those who do good will encounter white impermanence. They will make money and good luck at first sight. Those who do evil will encounter black impermanence, and bad luck will overwhelm them with disasters.
