The Xixia movable type craftsman Ahe went to Lin'an, the capital of the Song Dynasty. After seeing the advanced printing technology, he determined to compile the Xixia Movable Type Classic and returned to Xixia after receiving Zhao Kuan's "Helan Mountain Scenery" picture. He compiled scriptures with his lover Yeluqiong. The royal princess Zhuma fell in love with Ahhe and used Yeluqiong as a threat to force Ahhe to marry her. The Mongols invaded Xixia, burned the movable dictionary books and hunted down the craftsmen. Ahe agreed to the marriage to save Yeluqiong, but was killed by the Mongolian general Yesugei on the wedding day, and Zhuma was seized.
Yeluqiong (pregnant) fled with the Persian caravan and was transferred to Dali because Persia was occupied. After Sophia was killed, she fled to Tonghai under the escort of Hassan. Ahe's disciple Tuoba Shi and A'duo fled to Jianchuan to establish themselves. Zhuma then went to war and took care of the refugees in Dali and Tonghai. Yelvqiong gave birth to a son, Anian, in Tonghai, and Zhuma took good care of her; Aduo joined Duan Cang's remnant for revenge, and after the remnant was destroyed, he disfigured himself and became a monk.
Anian grew up to be a famous craftsman in Yunnan and married Zhuma's daughter. Zhao Kuan, a minister of the Song Dynasty, was demoted to Yunnan to make dense porcelain. He died because he refused to write a letter of allegiance, and the couple's pleas for mercy were in vain. Zhuma was seriously ill, and he was assassinated by Aduo when he was praying to Buddha. Before his death, Zhuma asked for Xixia customs to be buried with the "Helan Mountain Scenery" picture, and the people held a Han ritual funeral for him. Anian's son participated in the Yuan Dynasty scientific examination and became famous.
Eight hundred years later, an archaeological team discovered movable type and fragments of scriptures in the Helan Cave, solved the code of "Star Mark Volumes, Lotus Mark Groups", and overcame the difficulty of activating movable type. Finally, they unearthed a mulberry paper scroll with "Xixia Movable Type Scripture" written on it in Tonghai Aduota, hoping to reveal the ultimate secret of inheritance.
