Starlight in the Dark of Night

Lu Zeyan, once the dazzling heartthrob of the computer science department, loses his sight to a hereditary eye disease. With the lie “I don't love you anymore,” he pushes away his beloved, Su Zhixia. Three years later, they reunite when she is working as an art exhibition designer, and she finally uncovers the pain and insecurity he has hidden. He was afraid of holding back her dream of becoming an artist, so he masked his deep love with a cruel, decisive breakup. When the truth comes out, Su Zhixia resolutely returns to his side, melting the icy walls around his heart with her art and tenderness. As he feels his way through the darkness, she becomes his eyes; when he retreats into insecurity, she becomes his undying starlight. In the summer night breeze, through love and redemption, they piece together the promise of their “star trail,” shattered by past storms. In each other's protection, the time they lost becomes a gentle landscape they will journey through together for the rest of their lives.
