Undercover in Hong Kong: From the Start, I Snatched Thirteen Sister

After transmigrating to Hong Kong, Chen Ming awakened the Master Detective Promotion System, and landed in Hell Mode from the start:

The entire anti-triad unit saw him as a “nepo hire,” corrupt police superintendent Huang Xing was secretly setting traps for him, and the major triad factions Hung Hing and East Star watched him like hawks. Even the police force was rife with factions and hidden attacks.

But Chen Ming just smiled:

“You play politics. I play the System.”

He solved a string of bizarre cases in a week, rose five ranks, became a crack shot, and subdued the underworld with his fists;

He reformed the police force with one hand and crushed the gangs with the other, going from trainee inspector to independent commander through a single major arms case;

He plotted in secret, controlled undercover agents, and helped Thirteen Sister rise to power. Both the underworld and the law were in the palm of his hand.

He set Huang Xing up and took him down, humiliated Handsome Kun in public, and secretly eliminated Jiang Tiansheng. Even international criminal mastermind “The Doctor” and fugitive McDonald became stepping stones on his path to promotion.

“I am neither black nor white. I am the law.”

Standing atop the Wan Chai Police Station, Chen Ming looked out over Hong Kong's nighttime skyline.

The System's prompt rang out again:

[Mission: Get promoted to superintendent, take control of Hung Hing, and establish a new underworld order]

He lit a cigarette and chuckled:

“Now this is interesting.”
