Monster Tides: I Build Mechs to Save the World

[Mecha] [Mecha Girls] [Apocalypse]

The prodigy Liang Xi scored full marks on the college entrance exam three times, yet not a single mecha academy accepted him.

The reason? His father, Liang Tian.

Eighteen years ago, Liang Tian built the god-tier mecha “Pangu,” successfully repelled an invasion by a level-six monster, and became a hero.

Nine years ago, his experiment with armed mecha failed, leading to the fall of Yunmeng City and making him a sinner.

Called the “son of a sinner” by almost everyone, Liang Xi believes his meticulous father was framed.

To gain the status and strength needed to investigate what happened back then, he must get into a mecha academy.

After failing the entrance exams three times, just as Liang Xi decides to enlist and join the border defense, a level-three beast tide strikes!

When other engineers say, “Humanoid mecha have little carrying capacity, weak joint protection, and poor balance. On the battlefield, they're sitting ducks. They're useless!”

Liang Xi promptly creates a human-shaped spiritual-energy circuit. Adapted to humanoid mecha, it makes them more agile and much stronger!

While other pilots are still driving old-fashioned cannon-tank mecha along the ground, eating dust,

Liang Xi flies through the skies in “Spear Falcon.”

“I will bring this age of beast tides to an end!”

(The blurb doesn't do it justice. The story is even better.)
