You Want Me to Take the Blame? I'll Rise Straight to Mythic Daluo!

Fang Cheng transmigrates to a martial arts world and spends five years there. Just after earning the title of Dao Ancestor, he is picked by a powerful figure to take the fall.

The good news: the martial arts Dao Ancestor becomes a Primordial World Dao Ancestor, in a Primordial World that’s at least mid-tier!

The bad news: this Primordial World is about to be wiped out. Not by an invasion or a tribulation, but because a high-tier Primordial World powerhouse is consolidating the timelines. Dao Ancestor Hongjun notices in advance, so he finds Fang Cheng, the Dao Ancestor, to serve as a scapegoat and die in his place. Fang Cheng goes from a fake Dao Ancestor to the real deal, and from then on enjoys a lifespan as long as Heaven and boundless magical power.

Fang Cheng: ...You’re quite the nice guy, aren’t you! I ** your ***!!!

There are three thousand kalpas until the timelines are consolidated, and a thousand years until the first lecture.

Dao Ancestor Fang Cheng sits in meditation at the Zixiao Palace:

Infinite deduction, begin!!!
