When the seventeenth bus exploded into a fireball for the third time before Qi Shi’s eyes, he finally understood: he was a prisoner trapped in time.
A ten-minute loop, an inescapable death, and a hooded man who stared coldly at him every time he got off the bus. In the depths of despair, Qi Shi unexpectedly awakened the power to control time. He could stop it, rewind it... He became the only variable in this deadly game.
He thought he could solve the puzzle with ease, but soon discovered this was only the beginning.
A burly, good-natured coworker who could take a truck head-on, a proud young man whose eyes could see the weaknesses of anything, a psychic detective who could conjure dreams with a wave of his hand... The ancient legacy of the twelve zodiac signs was awakening, one by one. Their enemy was a terrifying deity bent on reducing the world to “nothingness.”
Qi Shi gripped his pocket watch and looked at the motley crew of teammates behind him, then took a deep breath.
His mission was simple: before the end of time arrived, turn these eleven “troublemakers” into the last gods who would save the world.
[Time control + team building + mystery solving + fiery world-saving adventure]
And so began an epic saga of gods, born of mortals.
It's okay. Except for the writing style, I personally don't like the slow or conventional writing style of online articles. It always has a sense of being mysterious. Although the online articles are laughed at as being in vernacular, if it weren't in vernacular, many people probably wouldn't even be interested in reading. Overall, the setting is novel, the subject matter is stable, the main plot has a general direction, and the supporting characters are also portrayed (albeit a bit traditional). The author's top priority is to make more updates. Judging from the style, I guess it may be a new work by a newcomer. Just update it steadily and keep writing.
