Our Pheromones Say We're Made for Each Other!

The rating just came out, so it should go up. [Enigma-Alpha romance, no angst, both each other’s first, love grows over time, slow-paced and very sweet] [Sharp-tongued at times, cold on the outside but warm within: Si Chiyi] X [Sunny and outgoing, quick-witted: Su Jinghe] Si Chiyi is the actual controller of Tingzhou Hengye, with assets beyond counting. He is an Enigma who keeps himself impeccably chaste, and rumors that he is paralyzed from the waist down often circulate. An unexpected pheromone compatibility test binds two people with nothing in common together for good. Si Chiyi kept things strictly business, not a trace of emotion in his voice. “I need a highly compatible partner to help me deal with my family’s elders. You’re the best candidate.” “Me?” Su Jinghe pointed at himself. The basketball in his hands suddenly fell to the floor. “I’m an S-class Alpha, and you want me to marry you?” “Don’t get carried away. There’s no throne to inherit in my family. Why should I sacrifice myself?” True, his family had no throne to inherit. But they did have a company worth trillions that needed an heir. “Marrying me has plenty of advantages.” Si Chiyi tapped his fingertips on the table, each tap striking Su Jinghe’s heart. “I’ll give you anything you want. If it doesn’t exist yet, I’ll make it unique, and it will belong to you alone, forever.” Si Chiyi’s offer was generous, but he had only one goal. To make the sunny, sheltered S-class Alpha before him marry him of his own free will. Su Jinghe lowered his head. The offer did sound tempting. Did he have any reason he had to refuse?
