Landing on the Island
Xiao Mo's phone vibrated. The screen lit up, showing a text message from an unknown number:
[Congratulations, you have passed the screening. Please report to Raven Island No. 11 Hospital within three days. Please note: Some communication services will be restricted after you arrive on the island. Please be prepared.]
Below it was a blurry set of island coordinates and an electronic acceptance letter in an extremely minimalist, almost cold style.
Raven Island, No. 11 Hospital. The name circulated on the fringes of the psychology community. It was said to specialize in "unusual" cases, a crucible for geniuses and madmen, and a proving ground where young doctors could quickly gain "rare experience." Xiao Mo had graduated with excellent grades, but mainstream hospitals had turned him away because of an undisclosed "treatment accident." This invitation became the only light in his darkness.
Carrying simple luggage and a troubled heart, he boarded the rusty old ferry bound for the isolated island. The sea breeze was briny, the fog thick, and the whole journey felt like sailing to the edge of the world.
This novel has ten arcs, each one different, with humor, comedy, and joy... It follows the protagonist's growth.
