Ling is an orphan who lives in poverty and cherishes an ordinary life with his grandfather. His greatest wish is simply to graduate, find a job, and let the old man enjoy his twilight years. But the nightmares that plague him night after night, of a crimson mountain, a red Y-shaped mark, and the roars of Space Beasts, tear cracks through his peaceful life.
As the "missing persons cases" on the outskirts of the city grow increasingly serious, a mysterious "pen" that appears out of nowhere (the Evoltruster) and the Stone Wings from his dreams reveal his fate: he is the sole Nexus host in a parallel world. From fleeing in fear to standing firm in silence like Jun Himeya, Ling takes on two faces: by day, a young man struggling to make ends meet; by night, a Giant of Light fighting alone and covered in blood.
With no allies and no backup, he has only the Stone Wings' subspace healing and the lingering convictions of past hosts to sustain him. When the King of the Space Beasts, embodied by the crimson mountain, descends, he will risk everything in the name of the lone light to protect the ordinary hearth he has long yearned for.
The author made the protagonist too weak. The torture of the dream for half a year did not overcome the fear. Let alone grow slowly, half a year is long enough. When danger comes, there is no time for you to grow slowly. The fittest people in TV do not have such a long time to grow. My brother-in-law doesn't even have time to grow. I am not sure if I am alone for a month.
Come on, author
