Xu Wenyan transmigrates into a cultivation novel where everyone adores the heroine, becoming an orphaned mortal girl who dies in the opening chapter.
In the original story, the beloved heroine is a prodigy who cultivates both talismans and pills. In truth, she is a spy sent by the Demon Realm to bring down the cultivation world, and will one day drown the four great sects in blood.
Xu Wenyan had meant to keep out of it, but by a twist of fate, her mortal body is found to possess an exceptional ice spirit root. The leader of the foremost sword sect, Wenjian Sect, makes an exception and accepts her as a personal disciple.
Facing the four senior brothers from the original story, who became obsessed with the “original heroine” and met tragic ends, Xu Wenyan silently tightens her grip on her sword.
Eldest Senior Brother Shen Junci, dignified and proper: “Little Junior Sister, the path of the sword demands unwavering focus.”
Second Senior Brother Mo Yun, wild and free-spirited: “Whoever bullies you will answer to my sword!”
Third Senior Brother Chi Yan, gentle as jade: “Rest if you’re tired. The sect will always have your back.”
Fourth Senior Brother He Xiangyi, pure-hearted: “Little Junior Sister! Look what I brought you!”
There’s no melodramatic romance, only fellow disciples standing together through life and death. There’s no rivalry between women, only sisters joining hands to right wrongs and settle scores.
While the beloved heroine continues to stir up trouble with the same old tricks, Xu Wenyan, her senior brothers, and the allies she has made in other sects thanks to her foreknowledge have already formed an unbreakable alliance.
Together, they will tear away that gentle false facade, overturn a doomed ending, and reshape the Heavenly Dao of this world!
Reading Guide
Absolutely no romance. The heroine is devoted to the Dao, and everyone shares a bond forged in battle. A female-oriented ensemble story centered on sisterhood and sect friendships. The heroine is a prodigy with an exceptional ice spirit root, intelligence to match, and a decisive nature. Traditional cultivation, with secret-realm adventures and grand competitions.
The heroine is a modern programmer. Is her golden finger a little too big? Judging from her reforms in Kung Fu, it seems that her modern identity is more suitable for a scientist. Then she reformed the exercises and used modern formulas and professional terminology when explaining to her senior brother, even mixing in English words. Her senior brother could actually understand it? I understand that immortal cultivators have active minds and strong spirits, but it is understandable that I am still a little shocked.
Well, the writing is good, but there is a bit too much nonsense (personal opinion)
