[A barren entertainment scene] [Parallel World] [Recreating works from a past life] [Anime] [Film and TV] [Daily Life] [No domestic entertainment industry]
[If you want a single female lead, this isn't for you]
On the day before his thesis was due, Chen Mu, a computer science student in the class of 2026, was up all night revising his graduation project. His deadline was looming, and he was about to become another corporate drone.
Then he died.
When he woke up, he found he had transmigrated to the parallel-world Blue Star.
“Let's see what we've got here. Oh, it's an entertainment wasteland?”
Chen Mu immediately relaxed. His desire to use the knowledge from his past life to ride the wave vanished in an instant.
“Computer science? Not even a dog would study that.”
Writing a few stories, making a little money, and enjoying the youth he'd lost: that was Chen Mu's greatest goal in life.
And so, Chen “All-Rounder” Mu was born...
“Chen, you bastard! If you're going to write feel-good power fantasies, then stick to it! Why follow up Emperor's Domination with Dragon Raja?!”
“Damn it, Chen Mu is even more of a monster than that beast Zhaoyang!”
“One Zhu Xian, one Sword and Fairy. Those Xianxia stories are supposed to be about carefree heroics and revenge, so why are these so heartbreaking?!”
“Cartoons? You're telling me The Super Beast is a cartoon?!”
“Listen up, folks, is this guy insane? Who writes novels that are both tearjerkers and such a thrill? Work's already exhausting enough with all the corporate gaslighting, and now anime is throwing philosophy at us too?!”
Chen Mu, whose mental state was way ahead of its time: “So what?”
It looks good, but I personally don't think there's anything poisonous about it.
Why haven't you updated it? The writing is pretty good. Even if I'm not good at it, I still have to say no.
