When I woke up, I was trapped in a strange city that went on and on. Every street and every building here is engraved with incomprehensible rules. Violators will suffer "existence erasure" that is more terrifying than death.
They call this place "the liminal" - the gap between reality and madness.
I found that I could actually see the loopholes behind the rules, and even... Twist them.
While the so-called "righteous men" struggled to survive within the rules, I took advantage of the contradictions in the rules to reverse the identities of hunter and prey.
"Follow the rules to survive?" No.
My path is to become the embodiment of rules, allowing this entire twisted world to follow the logic I wrote.
But when I gradually became the most terrifying being in the threshold, an ultimate question emerged: Am I playing with the rules, or have I become... A pawn under some larger rule?
