Three urban women with very different personalities, Vera, An Qi and Lin Luoen, became friends by chance. They each face pressures and challenges brought about by the workplace, family and society: Vera suffers from gender bias in the workplace, An Qi struggles with power struggles in the fashion industry, and Lin Luoen encounters setbacks in starting a business and raising her daughter. As their friendship develops, they try to use humor and action to fight back against stereotypes and join hands to initiate their own "her era" changes. Through continuous struggle, the three grew up together in the troughs and peaks of life, eventually breaking the shackles of society, realizing self-worth, and leaving indelible memories and strength in each other's lives.
