In the fantasy ocean where steam and magic coexist, the down-and-out navigator Archie and a group of partners with different personalities accidentally discover a clue map about the legendary "Heart of the Ocean" treasure. During the adventure, they need to avoid the pursuit of greedy chambers of commerce, mysterious sea monsters, ancient families and crazy scientific research organizations, and also face their own cowardice, ambition and past grudges. The three main lines—Archie's family mystery, Nora's search for freedom and identity, and Rhea's quest to prevent ecological disaster—are intertwined between cheerful humor and danger.
