Sweet Words of Comfort

In a bustling city, tucked away on a quiet corner, stands a dessert shop called Sweet Moments. Its owner, Su Tang, was once a three-Michelin-star pastry chef, but retired to care for her gravely ill grandmother. She specializes in “mood desserts,” using food to heal people's hearts. Pei Yan, a top-tier star psychological counselor, believes emotions must be managed rationally, haunted by the memory of his mother taking her own life after suffering from depression. By chance, Pei Yan rents the second floor of Su Tang's shop to expand his practice. The two go from upstairs-downstairs neighbors who embody “reason versus emotion” to joining forces to uncover the secrets of an old mansion.

The old mansion was once an “emotional rescue center” run by Su Tang's grandmother and Pei Yan's mother. Hidden inside is an unfinished “emotional healing program.” As they search through old belongings and track down witnesses, Pei Yan discovers that Su Tang is closely connected to a warm memory from his childhood. Su Tang uses desserts to open Pei Yan's guarded heart, while Pei Yan draws on his professional expertise to help her solve the shop's business problems. Together, they establish the Sweet Mirror Studio, combining desserts with psychological healing and transforming the industry.

From their initial wariness to growing closer as they hunt for clues, Su Tang and Pei Yan heal their own wounds as they help others. With love and sweetness, they write a romantic story of mutual salvation. Sweet Words is a modern romance blending sweet love, healing, and suspense. Come savor the sweetness of love and the warmth of growth.
