In 2077, a technological revolution aimed at rewriting human life, aging, illness and death eventually turned into a disaster that swept the world. The nanorobot serum codenamed "Genesis" went completely out of control, transforming most humans into horrific creatures called "aberrants." Ling Xiu, the former core engineer of the "Genesis" project, survived due to a special genetic sequence in his body. He is struggling to survive alone in the abandoned city called "New Green". His goal is to get to the last barrier of mankind, "Aegis One".
