Face the Sun, and Let Spring Bloom

Cen Xiaohe left the city for Qingshan Town, where she went to live with her maternal grandmother. Her parents were divorced, and she was quiet and withdrawn, completely at a loss in her unfamiliar village surroundings.

The little town was peaceful and timeless. Its blue-stone alleys, tea fields, and the sound of cicadas and streams became her new everyday world. When she first arrived, people teased her accent. She kept to herself and felt lonely.

After staying for a while, she developed the ability to sense nature’s emotions, understand plants’ whispers, hear animals’ thoughts, and connect with the mountains and rivers.

At school, she gradually became part of the group, pursuing knowledge and happiness alongside her classmates.

She was always kind to her classmates and a source of warmth to her neighbors.

Through hardship and setbacks, she changed from a quiet, timid girl into a cheerful, sunny one.

She learned to be grateful, appreciating the warm embrace of Qingshan and the kindness of her classmates, teachers, and grandmother.

With this gift, she turned toward the sun, set out on a new journey, and headed for a distant place where spring flowers bloomed.
