The Matchmaking Fairy Has Earned Her Full Merit

Yue Shuying, a celestial matchmaker responsible for tying red strings of fate, was banished to the mortal realm after mistakenly arranging a match for the God of War. She must accumulate one hundred thousand merits before she can return to Heaven.

She opens a matchmaking agency in the capital, hoping to quietly arrange matches and earn merit. Little does she know that her biggest client will be Xuan Cang, the God of War who fell because of her mistake.

When the amnesiac god stands before her and asks for help finding a match, Yue Shuying has no choice but to grit her teeth and play matchmaker. But he rejects every person she introduces. She arranges one match, and he turns it down; she arranges two, and he rejects them both. Until one day, Xuan Cang corners her beneath the Matchmaker Tree, his gaze deep and intent. “You’ve tied so many red strings for other people. Have you ever thought about tying one for yourself?”
