After actress Lin Chu died suddenly and bonded with the defective System 233, she was forced into a badly botched male-oriented comic as a vicious villainess. Her goal: use her acting skills to raise the male lead’s affection to 100%, while racking up popularity with the comments section.
With acting worthy of a textbook, she became a legend: she turned the cold-faced male lead, whose initial affection score was below zero, from “I can’t stand the sight of her” into “I go crazy without her.” The comments went from “Get that evil woman off the screen” to collectively sobbing by the finale: “Please don’t die! The male lead is falling apart!”
On the day she faked her death, the male lead clutched her “corpse,” red-eyed and crazed, while the comments section shed enough tears to flood the servers. Floating in midair, Lin Chu rolled her eyes. “System, I made the male lead and the entire internet lose it with my acting. Does that count as exceeding my KPI?”
The comic worlds where she has to redeem herself through acting include:
A zombie apocalypse with a male lead who is a zombie king devoid of human emotion, and a female classmate who pushed him into a horde of zombies.
A nationally acclaimed actor suffering from depression after being betrayed by his ex-girlfriend, and a gold-digging ex who betrayed him.
A male lead constantly toyed with by ghosts in a bizarre instance, and a ghost girl from that instance who toys with him.
A male lead, a young intellectual sent down to the countryside, bullied in a cowshed, and the team leader’s daughter who bullies him.
A male lead, a chief eunuch of the Eastern Depot who turned evil after being reborn too many times following his execution by the emperor, and a young emperor who disguised herself as a man and killed him.
A male lead, a thousand-year-old fox spirit who can’t take human form after being tricked out of his demon core, and a Taoist woman who stole it.
A male lead, a top jungler for an esports team whose dirt is exposed by a hater journalist, and a female reporter who is one of his haters.
A male lead, a warlord in a chaotic age, assassinated by a beauty, and the beauty who tries to kill him.
A male lead, a beast slave abused under contract by a princess, and the princess who abuses him.
…
It's super beautiful and well-written. It's a genre I've never seen before. The heroine serves the love value perfectly, and sometimes has to deal with difficult tasks from another system, but it makes the heroine's story in each world more in-depth and charming. I never imagined that the heroine's operation is not the kind of greeting the male protagonist, but is adjusted according to the personality of the original owner of each world to make the male protagonist fall in love with her. I really like this style.
