Apocalypse: I Adopted a Dog with Daily Intelligence

When the apocalypse arrives, everyone else gets a random demon talent, while I automatically receive three intelligence reports every day.

While the strong go berserk trying to rank up their demons, I use my intel to hunt down hidden treasure chests. From the start, I rescue a limping black-backed dog.

They all laugh at me for bringing a dog along to survive, until the night of the monster horde, when my dog sits atop a mountain of corpses, licking its paws with elegant composure:

“Boss, would you regret taking me out on an adventure instead of staying home like a couch potato?”

“Life like that would be nice too, but wouldn’t it be way too boring?”
