Lin Yan, a clockmaker in Kirishima Town, has a secret - he can see the last fragments of the previous owner by restoring old clocks. Until an unknown female corpse appeared in the mangroves outside the town, the antique pocket watch parked on the wrist of the deceased became the only clue.
When Lin Yan was repairing his pocket watch, he actually saw the woman stuffing a roll of film into the cracks of the bricks under the Kirishima Lighthouse. The figure monitoring her was wearing the same gold-rimmed glasses as Zhou Ming, the director of the town health center. Just when he was about to call the police, the clocks at home suddenly turned upside down, and a note appeared in the drawer: "If you touch the pocket watch again, you will be the next one to stop it."
When Kirishima was shrouded in thick fog again, Lin Yan discovered that all the missing people in the town were related to an "accident" under the lighthouse ten years ago, and the pocket watch in his hand was ticking towards his own death date.
