The cold wind has stirred up radioactive dust, lashing out at the remaining lives. The Resistance, led by John Connor, is still fighting, but the situation is quietly becoming desperate.
Skynet, the global intelligent defense network that awakened on "Judgment Day" and attempted to exterminate humanity, seems to have entered some kind of evolutionary bottleneck. Its offensive is still fierce, with T-series terminators, HK hunter-killer legions, and various forms of killing machines emerging one after another, but its tactics have become... Predictable.
