"Zongjinglu" is a masterpiece compiled by Zen Master Yongming Yanshou (904-975) of the Five Dynasties who collected the essence of the two schools of Zen teaching. With the purpose of "taking one mind as the sect and illuminating all dharmas as a mirror", it has hundreds of volumes and chapters that unify the essence of the twelve parts of the Tripitaka. This brief explanation adheres to the principle of "interpreting the scriptures according to the scriptures and demonstrating the scriptures", integrates Huayan Yuandun and Zen direct instructions, and analyzes the millennium essentials through modern language. Each volume is divided into chapters, using the format of "general outline-explanation-confirmation", supplemented by mutual reference of classics and theories, and public case explanations, so that readers can not only grasp the overall framework, but also understand the details in depth. It is actually a ladder to enter the mystery of "Zongjinglu".
