The story begins when Lin Mo, a programmer on earth, is forcibly transported to Noah, a different world with a strict hierarchy, and is judged as a "sinner" by the system because of his special affinity for the "source code" at the bottom of the world (shown as a "red reaction"). During his escape, he met Saphira, the leader of the resistance organization "Undercurrent", and Ezra, a technical expert, and gradually revealed the truth about Noah's world: it was originally a utopia created by multidimensional scientists including his ancestor "Pioneer", but it has been corrupted into an oppressive system by usurpers. Lin Mo awakens his abilities and eventually resets the system and disintegrates the class, but the remaining consciousness of the pioneer warns him that the real dimensional threat "assimilators" are coming.
After the system was reset, Noah established a "bridge" with the earth, forming a "new area" and a "fusion alliance" where multiple civilizations coexist. However, the "assimilators", an ancient threat that aims to devour the diversity of civilization and reduce all things to "ultimate silence", are attracted by the vitality of the new world. Lin Mo led the "Pioneer" team deep into the dimensional abyss and found the treasure trove of knowledge "Tree of All Knowledge" left by the pioneers and the confrontation clue "Night Watch". In the final battle, Lin Mo sacrificed himself and severely damaged the active consciousness of the "assimilator", but its huge logical body did not disappear, but turned into an inert [Sea of Hope] that exuded "silent" gravity, and the threat lurked in another form.
