Monks of all ages would mysteriously disappear after ascending to heaven. The protagonist is the 9999th ascended person, but discovers that the so-called "fairy world" is a time loop prison in which all ascended predecessors are trapped. He must decipher the truth of the cycle, and the clues are hidden in the "legacies" left by all the ascendants in the past.
