After ten years as a voracious reader, Li Chuchu was digging through the rankings late at night when she dug herself into a huge hole: she transmigrated into a cultivation novel as the patriarch of a “third-rate” sect, a master who had “died young.” She figured she'd be living the good life in no time. Who knew the story would turn out to be a string of garbled text?
After looking over the details, she couldn't help admiring the character. “What a grind addict. But working yourself to death is quite a remarkable feat.”
The System chuckled. “You're both as bad as each other. Don't go pointing fingers.”
Li Chuchu ignored the System's endless chatter and gave up completely.
Seeing this, the System hurried to sweet-talk her. “Host, your task is really simple. Just stop your disciples and their disciples from turning evil and rebelling, and you can come back to life in the real world. You might even get thirty million in cash! Tempted?”
Li Chuchu: “Thirty million? For real?”
System: “Absolutely.”
And so, sweet-talked by the System, Li Chuchu set off on her own sweet-talking adventure...
The thing was, her disciples were gradually getting kind of weird.
Senior Brother: “Once a master, always a mother. Everything Master says is right. If she tells you to die, then die.”
Second Senior Sister: “Grandmaster is getting weaker and weaker. Let's push harder and work her to death.”
Third Senior Sister: “I treated you like my husband, and you want to be my mother-in-law? Then I'll just have all of you...”
Junior Brother: “Master, you're above. Let's hold a wedding ceremony together.”
All the granddisciples: “Master's gone mad! Grandmaster, help!”
