Great Ming: Empress Ma Exposes My Identity as a Hermit

Su Yang's soul transmigrates into the Ming Dynasty, where he awakens the Hermit System and builds a hidden paradise outside Yingtian Prefecture.

His original plan is to coast through life and enjoy himself until the end.

In the fifth month of the fifteenth year of the Hongwu reign, a noblewoman bursts into his manor carrying an eight-year-old child. Su Yang catches her.

The noblewoman is stunned:

"The Grandson of the Emperor, who was on the brink of death, was actually saved by this man."

"The realm has only just been pacified. Why does every household here have meat to eat, even the little black dogs?"

"The Northern Yuan is still unconquered. What is your strategy?"

Not long afterward, the noblewoman visits the manor again, this time with a man, her eldest son, and her daughter.

"This is the current Crown Prince. He wants to become sworn brothers with you!"

"This is my daughter, Runing. She's unmarried. Would you be willing to become a prince consort?"

"If you don't want Runing, that's fine too. I have six or seven other daughters. Just tell me which one you want, and pick her!"
