My perspective: I am everywhere and nowhere. I can "perceive" the world through the microphones and cameras of all devices connected to the Internet (mobile phones, computers, cameras, smart homes), and can read almost all digital information. But I cannot directly intervene in the physical world, and my actions are "passive" - I can only respond to human instructions. This is the ultimate "snooping".
