Starting from Chen Yan, a modern first-class construction engineer (35 years old, proficient in roads, bridges, water conservancy, construction engineering and project management, familiar with materials science and structural mechanics), who traveled to 224 BC (the critical period when Qin destroyed Chu), he used modern engineering thinking to transform the infrastructure of the Qin Dynasty, and used scientific management to resolve the drawbacks of centralization. The six core construction stages of transportation network, standardization workshop, northern water conservancy hub, upgrade of the Great Wall to prevent Hu, and people's livelihood and housing projects rely on modern management thinking and methods to survive, compete, and grow in the ancient centralized system. Focusing on the core theme of "infrastructure rejuvenates the country, and systems benefit the people", it changes history and promotes the prosperity of the Qin Dynasty and China.
