Yes, it's one of the better Fallout 4 fics. The protagonist has steam technology that I can't even imagine.
The imagination is really good, but the subject of radiation is a bit niche.
The protagonist's ability is the green-skinned Anxunsi Technology (super enhanced version). No one except scientists doubts that it is scientific (with the scientific common sense of middle school students, they will feel that science does not exist).
