Global Cataclysm: Forging Calamity into Godhood in the Apocalypse

Purple rain brings the end of the world, and all living things mutate. Armed with an old Daoist’s Soul-Sealing Copper Coin, college student Lin Xuan fights his way through soul-devouring demonic grass and swarms of bone rats, escaping to a Taoist temple on Mount Yan.

What he doesn’t know is that an imperial coffin lies buried beneath the temple, suppressing the Gate of the Nine Hells! When the coin awakens the remnant in the coffin, which can erase countless demons with a casual wave, he learns that he is the last guardian of the imperial tomb.

He devours the aura of calamity, turning his body into calamity itself. With the imperial coffin in his left hand to suppress the Nine Hells and the copper coin in his right to save all living beings, he walks an undying path, becoming a torch in a bizarre, Lovecraftian apocalypse to rekindle the human race’s flame.
