The Kingdom of Haimont in the Eastern Belirate Continent sent the eastern cultivator Cas Bette to study on an exchange at the Fipudali Magic Academy on the western Kadahai Fa Continent. However, because Cas's cultivation methods differed from magic, he caused a series of mishaps. Under the academy's guidance, he learned magic and made friends there. Later, when all sorts of bizarre incidents occurred, Cas used both eastern cultivation and western magic to deal with them.
