[Rebirth with two souls + an unhinged CEO + a satisfying revenge story + a System bug]
Yu Tian’s previous life was a tragedy rotten to the core.
With no parents to rely on, she gave her whole heart to a scumbag. After he took all her savings, her future mother-in-law showed up at her workplace with relatives and made a scene. “My son is gone, so you’ll work like an ox for my family!” Her career was ruined, and she became a beggar scavenging through trash on the streets. When she was so hungry she had to chew cold, hard steamed buns, even dogs tried to steal half her food.
Then Song Qingye, the unhinged eldest son of the richest family in Jincheng, hauled her home from beside a trash can.
“You’ll do. Be my wife.” The man had a defiant look in his eyes. He had pointed to her on a whim while arguing with his mother, but he became the only light in her twenty years of life. Even if he summoned her only to dismiss her, and even if the entire Song family treated her like a decoration, this humble bit of security was already happiness she hardly dared to hope for.
But fate wouldn’t even let her keep that little bit of sweetness. Her brother-in-law, Song Tingzhou, was critically ill with kidney failure. As she followed Song Qingye to the hospital, a car coming from the opposite direction smashed into them
“Ding-dong! Rebirth System loading…”
“Warning! Match error! Bound to the soul of doctor Shen Ke!”
When Yu Tian opened her eyes again, she found a short-tempered doctor living inside her body.
Song Qingye pinched her chin and sneered. “Feeling bold today?”
The soul of Shen Ke sneered back. “Sir, your heart rate is 180. Keep this up and you might have a heart attack.”
The unhinged CEO looked at his rebellious little wife, hostility roiling in his eyes, along with a curiosity he couldn’t suppress.
What he didn’t know was that her seemingly fragile body held a secret that would make him willingly bow his head.
And those who owed Yu Tian a debt would pay for it a thousand, ten thousand times over in this life!
It's a very good book. I just wanted to see how long I've been reading it. It's not that long, so I'll keep reading.
