Yin: Green in the Snow

No System, no pocket dimension, no golden finger, no transmigration, no being reborn: hard-core realism!

Traditional Chinese medicine to save the nation, a fiery war of resistance, a legend born of chaos, a rise from adversity, and devotion to family and country!

In 1931, amid national and personal vengeance, a young physician sets out to defy fate!

On the night of the September 18 Incident, Japanese invaders trampled a small town beyond the Shanhaiguan Pass. Fifteen-year-old Wang Jianmin came from a family of traditional Chinese doctors, but he could only watch as Huichun Hall burned to the ground, with his father's fate unknown. With his home destroyed and his family gone, he fled alone into the frozen forests and snowfields, below forty degrees under zero, carrying only an ancestral medicine knife engraved with the character 'Yin' and the family's collection of medical books and case records from the northern lands.

In the face of utter despair, he used his extraordinary medical skills to save himself and others, and met comrades in the resistance. From then on, his fate became inseparable from the greater cause of his country. From a medic in a secret camp to a key member of a field hospital, he wielded medicine as a weapon on the cruelest battlefields, devising the 'Snowfield Dressing Technique' and the 'Birchbark Suturing Method'. The famous resistance general Yang Jingyu personally gave him the codename 'Green in the Snow'!

Yet the Japanese germ warfare units, the deaths of his comrades, and the unstoppable tide of history repeatedly pushed him to the brink. But he never let go of the medicine knife in his hand. This is a path of redemption guided by a healer's compassion, and a fiery legend spanning sixty years. Watch as the young man rises through the flames of war, fights for his country with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, and ultimately brings the spirit of 'Green in the Snow' back to life in the soil of a new era!
