Our Brilliant Years

Synopsis of Our Brilliant Years

That midsummer, he was the dazzling top student who commanded the stage, while she was an ordinary new student, quietly working hard in the audience. An accidental encounter set in motion a fate that would bind them together for a lifetime.

At university, he was a confident, spirited startup pioneer, and she was a meticulous, disciplined academic star. In the finest years of their youth, they met, came to know each other, and fell in love over a shared dream. From a sweet campus romance to founding Brilliance Tech together, they believed they were each other's whole world.

But the harsh realities of society were far more brutal than the ivory tower. Building a business was grueling, and they weathered countless all-nighters together, surviving on steamed buns. Malicious competition brought their company to the brink of ruin. Worse, a carefully orchestrated misunderstanding drove them apart just when they needed each other most.

He thought letting go would protect her; she thought their separation was a betrayal. Over the next five years, she grew through despair into a businesswoman who could stand on her own, while he quietly gathered strength from afar to strike back. When they meet again, he is a returnee carrying secrets, and she is a cool, unyielding leader.

But the love and trust etched into their hearts never truly faded. When the truth comes out and danger strikes again, they choose to join forces once more, facing every hardship in a more mature way as they launch their final counterattack.
