Anime Crossover: We Who Long for Freedom

“A big, eclectic crossover with sports, idols, and slice-of-life series. Free! is the main focus, with only girls; no pairing people off. Everyone's a good kid.”

“The early part is set mainly in Free!, then once the story moves to Tokyo or elsewhere, characters from other series will appear. There's a bit of an ensemble cast.”

“Lots of everyday life, and I'm not great at writing competitions, so there'll be some AI assistance (though I scrapped a lot of it and rewrote it myself...).”

“The cover is the heroine in high school. I drew it myself, and it's not very good, so just use it as a reference.”

Also known as “The Two Enchantresses Who Became the Swimming World's Unforgettable First Loves” and “Childhood Friends Who Became Each Other's Unforgettable First Love.”

Hoshino Hikari unexpectedly transmigrates into her favorite swimming anime. She assumes she'll still be as hopeless in the water as she was before, but to her surprise, she's a natural swimmer now, with her talent maxed out.

The former landlubber dominates the pool with her newfound talent, and before she knows it, she's become someone's unforgettable first love.

Her childhood friend, who's been by her side since they were little, seems to be someone else's unforgettable first love, too.

The two childhood friends have both become other people's unforgettable first loves, and every day brings another heated argument between their most devoted fans.

But her usually expressionless, taciturn childhood friend says he wants to swim with her for the rest of his life?
