He was involved in a school rules mystery because he went to an abandoned computer room to repair equipment in the middle of the night, but unexpectedly discovered that the consciousness of the undead was hidden in the electronic equipment: the crying in the earphones and the name code that automatically popped up on the screen made him firmly believe that his mother's resignation was related to all this, and he was even more determined to prevent more people's consciousness from being sealed into the cold server. Xia Tong, a reporter for the school newspaper in the same class, specializes in digging up campus secrets. She uncovered hidden files in the digital school history museum: Teacher Lu Ming's death report had been tampered with, "falling from the building after arguing with the principal" became an "accidental slip", and the school's intelligent system had already been hiding something strange. She caught Jiang Xu looking through the scrap pile and asked for clues from the computer room. The recording pen was gradually filled with abnormal sounds - access control warnings, Morse code broadcasts, and the whispers of Lu Ming's undead.
One uses electronic technology to pursue the truth, and the other uses a pen as a blade to dig up secrets. The two meet because of school rule 04 and are determined to uncover the conspiracy behind the midnight ban, so that the hidden truth and trapped consciousness can be brought to light.
