Warhammer 40K: Gifts from Myriad Worlds

I had the ability to receive one random item from across the multiverse every day, and transmigrated into the Warhammer universe as an Astartes recruit about to die during his transformation. At the life-or-death moment when the gene-seed was implanted, I drew the Dog Talisman from Jackie Chan Adventures and gained eternal life. I thought my immortality would let me roam unchecked through this grim universe, until I saw the Chaos Daemons devour an entire company of Space Marines alive. The Imperium considers me a heretic, Chaos sees me as prey, and the Adeptus Mechanicus wants to take me apart and study me. And today, my System's gift is a lightsaber from Star Wars. Its duration: 23 hours and 59 minutes. In the distance, the Inquisitor's black ship was slowly entering the spaceport. “Fine,” I said, gripping the hilt. “Let's see whose day gets ruined.”
