From the Center to the Local: Lin Chen's Progress in Governance

Rebirth In 2000, Lin Chen, a master's degree student at Peking University, entered the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee) by virtue of his qualification as a transfer student, and started a counterattack career. Relying on his previous experience, he wrote materials that accurately hit the key points of policies and avoided misunderstandings in the workplace, becoming a powerful assistant relied upon by leaders in charge. During the secondment survey, he directly addressed the pain points of local development, and a report was recognized by provincial leaders. After taking the initiative to go to the local area, he deeply engaged in areas such as industrial transformation and people's livelihood construction, overcoming difficulties and achieving remarkable results.
