Born with Yin-Yang Eyes

Ever since I was an infant, I have lived in the gap between two worlds. My inexplicable cries were born of fear of unseen beings, while my babbling laughter was a conversation with playmates from the underworld. When my aunt was possessed by an evil spirit and screamed for our lives, the flames my family used to drive it out made me understand once and for all: the strange and uncanny things these eyes see are no illusion. They are a fate I cannot escape. Fear gave birth to a desire to seek answers, and I will eventually step into that netherworld where ordinary people dare not tread.
