Detective Conan: An Older Cat's Retirement Routine

Chu Mingxuan had long since forgotten how long ago he’d transmigrated here. Five hundred years? Eight hundred? Even longer? At least he was an optimistic little cat. Since he was here, he might as well make the most of it.

When Chu Mingxuan first transmigrated, his family still lived under a feudal dynasty. But that wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part was that he wasn’t human anymore.

Literally. He was supposed to be a cat now, with Suanni blood. Fortunately, his charming old ancestors loved cats. After struggling his way up, he became a powerful great demon, chest puffed out. Then one day, a shameless cat trader kidnapped him and took him to the West. What was wrong with that guy, traveling all that way just to kidnap a cat?

And so he set off on a spontaneous journey. He’d always thought he had simply transmigrated into ancient times, until he met a merchant from the Far East in the nineteenth century named Renya Karasuma.

What a familiar name. His family had a huge winery, and all his underlings used liquor as code names. There was also a lab at his place, a cool golden-haired cat, and an adorable daughter named Vermouth.

The cat pondered. The cat was horrified!

What? This was Detective Conan, the Conan who grew bigger and smaller, the Conan with thousands of days in a single year, the Conan who could blow up a satellite with one kick…

He hadn’t wanted to get involved, but a blond little one was crying, and the white-furred cat was about to be experimented on.

Renya Karasuma even wanted to capture him for experiments in pursuit of immortality. The cat was furious. The cat launched a flying kick. To hell with you! All of this will be mine someday. An evil laugh: “Hahahahaha!”
