On an isolated island called Esso, all residents experience a reset every once in a while, collectively losing their recent memory in order to maintain absolute harmony and order. Lin Mo, as the only imprinter on the island, is responsible for sorting out the remaining records after each reset and reconstructing people's identities. However, by accident, he discovered a children's painting that was supposed to be destroyed, depicting a woman he had never seen and a mysterious lighthouse. This painting is like a thorn, piercing the surface of false peace, forcing Lin Mo to embark on a dangerous journey to pursue the erased truth, and to fight against the invisible existence that controls all memories.
