A different kind of spiritual qi revival!
Eight suns appeared in the sky at once. Heaven and earth underwent a cataclysmic change: spiritual qi revived, true spirits reappeared, and wild beasts became monsters. Humanity, unable to adapt to the spiritual qi, was driven back step by step, brought to the brink of extinction, and ultimately forced to retreat to the High Heavens.
A young man raised his sword against the true spirits, only to be defeated and fall into a long slumber.
A hundred years later, mechs from the High Heavens waged war on the surface, competing with spirit monsters for resources. By chance, they brought back the sleeping young man.
As civil war erupted in the High Heavens, the young man returned to the surface and once again embarked on the path of slaying true spirits!
It's mostly description, the pace is tight, and every character is working hard for their own thoughts. It's a highly recommended book.
