In a near-future city where technology and shadow are intertwined, a neurotechnology experiment called "Stardust" went out of control, spawning fragments of consciousness that can tamper with memories and devour consciousness. These fragments are attached to human neural carriers, marked by a silver-blue halo, causing many bizarre mental breakdowns and serial murders, and the city has become a hunting ground where technology is out of control.
When memories can be tampered with and consciousness can be parasitized, how can humans hold on to their most precious "self"? And what kind of rebirth conspiracy is brewing in the darkness among the fragments of consciousness hidden under the starlight?
