The world is freezing rapidly, 90% of the land is swallowed up by ice and snow, and the end of the world "Ice Age" is coming. Botanist Lin Wan accidentally awakens to the "power of body temperature", which can melt ice and snow and sense life. She leads her family and survivors across the ice field in search of the legendary "Equatorial Oasis". On the way, she met Lu Chen, a former member of the polar scientific expedition team. The two relied on Lu Chen's survival skills and Lin Wan's superpowers to avoid mutated snow monsters and fight against predators. The leader of the "Ice Fortress" covets people with super powers and has repeatedly hunted down the team. Lin Wan's powers increased with her belief, and the team took in more partners and finally found clues to the oasis. In the end, Lin Wan used her supernatural power to detonate geothermal energy, melt the ice and open up a way out, and she and Lu Chen jointly protected their new home.
