Nan Yan grew up in an orphanage and is now a surgeon at a top-tier hospital. After working two days and two nights straight, she tragically drops dead.
She transmigrates into a cultivation novel she once read, becoming a cannon-fodder passerby whose role is to give the heroine a golden finger?
There is no way she is handing over a golden finger. What? It's a medicinal herb space? No one can enter it, but it suits her perfectly.
While quietly building her strength in the cultivation world, Nan Yan survives a deadly calamity, only to die beneath a tribulation lightning strike.
She transmigrates again, this time to a parallel world in the 1970s, where she becomes a thirteen-year-old girl. Her entire family is about to be sent down to the countryside, but at least her parents love her dearly.
The place they're being sent is close to Hong Kong? Luckily, her space came with her. It's a low-qi era, unfortunately, but she has more than enough power to protect herself. The girl is also incredibly strong, so she doesn't need to worry about giving herself away.
She gathers up all of her family's assets, and the three of them head to Hong Kong to make their way amid the chaos.
By chance, she saves Ye Wuchen, a scheming underworld boss in Hong Kong. He's so handsome he takes Nan Yan's breath away, and he is exactly her type...
What do you mean the underworld boss is just a cover? His public identity is actually Hong Kong's youngest senior superintendent, at just twenty-seven? And his father is Hong Kong's third-in-command, the Financial Secretary? Is this what they mean by cops and gangsters being one big family?
Nan Yan has lived three lifetimes, and all she wants is to live life to the fullest. Life is short, so seize the day!
Nan Yan falls in love, builds her career, and occasionally lends a hand to our China.
It turns out there really are cultivators like her in this world, and even wicked cultivators...
Don't overthink it while reading. A lot of this differs from history. The main goal is to have a good time.
In the early stage, I thought that the heroine would develop in Hong Kong City, but I didn't expect that she would come back and forth. The heroine likes to think about the past. I hope she thinks about the future and not spend too much time thinking about the past.
Beautifully written, I love reading it
