When actress Su Wu opens her eyes, she's become a wicked supporting character who's about to be blacklisted across the internet. Facing a deadly start, all she wants is to lie flat and enjoy a luxurious life, but she accidentally smashes the globally limited-edition car of the villainous big shot Ye Jin.
Their eyes meet, and alarms sound in both their heads at once
Su Wu: "Win him over and stop the apocalypse, and I can survive!"
Ye Jin: "Get close to her and absorb her energy, and I can survive!"
And so begins a "seduction game" in which each of them has their own agenda.
She throws herself into her role as a scene-stealer, flirting with him head-on: "Mr. Ye, do I look like your future Mrs. Ye?"
He goes along with it, playing a frail beauty and enjoying her "attentions," while secretly being a possessive, jealous maniac reincarnated.
He takes her to the most exclusive social circles, spends lavishly on her, and shelters her under his wing.
Everyone laughs that she's just a substitute plaything who'll be discarded sooner or later.
Until one life-or-death crisis, when he takes a fatal blow for her and is left near death.
Su Wu keeps watch beside his hospital bed, only to accidentally hear his secret
[Warning! Energy depleted! If the Host can no longer absorb Su Wu's energy, death is imminent!]
Su Wu leans down and kisses his pale lips, smiling like a little demon:
"So you need my energy?"
"You should've said so. Big Sis will keep you charged for the rest of your life, okay?"
I'll play along with this act until it becomes real.
